Think about the person that you are striving to be.  Next pick out the characteristics that person has.  Say those characteristics out loud to yourself every morning in the mirror.  

For example: “I am smart.  I am strong.  I am healthy.” 

Now do the things that person would do to have those characteristics.

To be smart I will read 1 chapter and 3 articles today.  To be strong I will workout and lift heavy things.  To be healthy I will eat only the best foods for my body.
