This is my second time training with Tyson, and there’s a reason I came back.

The first time I trained with him, I had amazing results. Then life happened—a few years went by, I had a baby, and I found myself heavier than I had ever been in my life. I worked hard on my own and got as far as I could, but I knew I needed the accountability and guidance that Tyson provides.

His program works! He pumps you up and gets you excited about becoming strong and feeling good! He’s straightforward, and not afraid to call me out when I’m slipping—which is exactly what I need. He genuinely wants his clients to succeed, and it shows.

This time around, I’ve also started doing in-person training sessions, which have been the best workouts! Tyson pushes me harder than I’ve ever could by myself.

I’m so grateful to be back and can’t wait to see the results. If you’re looking for a trainer who will support you, challenge you, and keep you accountable, Tyson is it!

I hired Tyson because I knew he was knowledgeable, challenging, and would help me get results. My goal was to lose weight and build strength, and I was honestly overwhelmed by all the diet and exercise information out there. Having someone who could take that stress off my plate and give me a clear direction was exactly what I needed.

I started with nutrition coaching and later added personal training sessions, which have become one of my favorite parts of the week. Tyson does a great job of pushing me while also paying attention to how movements actually feel in my body. He genuinely cares and takes the time to get to know his clients.

One thing I really appreciate is how he coaches form. He's always educating me, but never in a way that makes me feel bad for not knowing something. Since working with him, I've lost weight, improved my form, increased my energy, and built much better endurance.

Is it an investment? Absolutely. But I've learned that investing in your health, strength, and confidence is worth it. If you're looking for accountability, guidance, and someone who genuinely wants to see you succeed, I'd definitely recommend Tyson.

I had the pleasure of been working with Tyson for a few weeks now and couldn’t be more impressed with his expertise, dedication, and passion for fitness. From the very first session, Tyson took the time to understand my goals, current fitness level, and all limitations I have.

His ability to push me just the right amount while also ensuring proper form and technique has been key in helping me make progress. Tyson very politely keeps the sessions fun, engaging, and challenging in all the right ways. Although only a few weeks into the program, I’ve already noticed improvement in my strength.

Tyson is great! He is patient and honest. It was a little rough start on my end, but Tyson has kept me motivated. He has adjusted the program based on my abilities. He makes sure his gym is always welcoming. We exchange text messages to help keep me accountable. He has a great sense of humor and is very encouraging. I highly recommend Tyson for your fitness goals!

Tyson is awesome! Have been working with him for 6 weeks and have lost 11lbs. Weight loss is all fat and at the same time you have to build up muscle mass. He has me on a great meal plan, where I am finally eating the right foods. He is aways there to help you every step of the way. I weigh in weekly and do a one hour full body work out. His work outs are outstanding and give you results. My blood pressure has dropped down to a normal range and no longer need to be taking meds. Thank you Tyson for making me a healthier man again!!

Tyson is amazing. I would recommend him to pretty much anyone either trying to lose weight, have a better lifestyle or relationship to food. I have worked with him for about 2 years. My weight plateaued and he has helped get over those bumps. I continued losing weight in one of the most healthiest ways. Although it has taken time, I know what he has taught me about food will be of use for the rest of life. I never knew how unhealthy I was before using him. I have never really had a good relationship with food and now I do. I acknowledged certain eating habits were related to stress and I will be able to manage that in a better way from now on. This isn’t a diet and I never saw it that way. It is a lifestyle change. I have the utmost gratitude for Tyson getting mentally better but also physically from 240lbs to 168lbs. I started this at a size 18/20 in jeans and now I am a 12/13. It has been a difficult but very rewarding journey!
