I started working with Tyson a little over 4 months ago, following 3 months of getting back to the gym after a 3+ year hiatus. Tyson comes to our weekly morning sessions with a workout routine tailored to my individual needs. I have a slow healing lower back injury, and Tyson has already helped me strengthen my core and back while not injuring it further. I super appreciate his encouragement and energy in the morning; always feel great the rest of the day. Feeling more confident with my exercise routine and that I’m really making progress on my exercise goals. I do think the work I did in the gym for 3 months prepared me to get the most out of training sessions with Tyson. He will push you when you’re ready, but not too hard. I can see myself using what I have already learned for years to come.
