Tyson’s Top 3 Tips
1-Start with an all-meat plate. Load up on turkey, ham, steak- whatever meat is available for your first dish.
2-Get moving after your meal. No matter what you eat, electrons build up in the ETC and leak out of the mitochondria more readily if there isn’t a steady supply of ADP. We get ADP from burning ATP. So get moving.
3-Don’t take any left overs home and don’t let this cheat meal turn into three cheat days.
Tom’s Top 3 Tips
1-Don’t stress out, it’s only one meal. You can’t gain 10 lbs from a 2lb meal
2-Eat before you go, and you’ll be less likely to eat everything in sight
3-Bring a dish that can serve as a meal for you if you are trying to eat healthy
