I hadn’t worked out in almost 10 years, so I was honestly very nervous about starting again. From day one, Tyson carefully checked my physical condition and paid attention to every detail. He teaches in a very structured and thoughtful way, making sure each movement fits my body and my injuries. I’ve been having so much fun that I don’t even notice how quickly the time passes during sessions. Recently, I’ve actually started to enjoy working out again (something I never thought I would say!) I’m truly excited to see how my body will change, and I’m very grateful to Tyson for making this journey both enjoyable and motivating.
