I’m an obese, 58-year-old workaholic woman with two frozen shoulders and horrible health management. But, I was ready! Ready to make some changes to a healthier lifestyle.
That’s when Tyson Rochelle walked into my world and changed my life for the better. He explained his passion for health, wellness, and his vision on incorporating positive changes to my daily routine. Tyson immediately developed a plan suited for me which included a meal and workout plan. We stayed in constant communication with each other, and he was always available for questions. Tyson was always very encouraging and motivating, but most importantly, he always held me accountable. His transparency and honesty are a true reflection of his character – which I value the most.
Tyson and I were a team for 6 months and I’m happy to say that I lost 30+ pounds. But wait, this is not about the scale victory, (even though I’ve never hit that number in any previous weight loss journey before), it is about the entire journey. I’m stronger, more flexible, have so much more energy and my clothes became too big. My family, friends and co-workers were noticing.
Story time – I’ve always suffered anxiety when traveling in an airplane as a large person. I always upgraded my seat to premium and have been known to pay an outrageous amount for a first-class seat. I didn’t do this for the status! I did this for the bigger seats and additional legroom as I didn’t want to offend anyone. I was also embarrassed to ask for a seatbelt extender, so I purchased one and always traveled with it. Earlier this month, I was on an international flight with no upgrade available. My anxiety was off the charts. So nervous that I wouldn’t fit in the economy seat, and I would impede on someone else’s space. That was not the case. I’m happy to say that not only did I fit in the seat – but I also didn’t have to use my seatbelt extender. WHAT!!! All this was possible because of Tyson!!!
This journey is not over for me! Not by a long shot. I’m continuing this healthier lifestyle as I love this ‘new’ person I’ve become and the changes I’ve made thus far. Am I perfect? – not at all. But that’s okay, too. I highly recommend Tyson Rochelle if you are interested in a similar journey that works with you and not against you. Tyson is knowledgeable, compassionate, tough when needed, honest, loyal and one of the kindest person I ever met.
Tyson, thank you for everything!!
