My name is Catherine, mother of 3 young kids and I used to live in the gym on my days off. That’s an understatement. I run a lot and attend numerous classes in the gym. I run half marathons, full marathons and ride my bike competitively, but I always feel like I have to carb up prior to my races and that didn’t help with my weight or my general health all together. I would gain weight before my races and more after the races because I would consume energy drinks and power bars and whatever endurance magic I could take in. That changed after I started working with Tyson and Tom. I received personal coaching, an individualized approach, learned to meal prep, received empowerment and non-stop support on a daily basis. They are brilliant coaches who research consistently and shared their research with me and those who allowed them to touch their lives.
Tyson and Tom have helped me with my fitness and my nutrition. They made it possible for me to attain my goals and my body has never been leaner until now. I completed my 100-mile bike ride while being on a full carnivore meal plan this summer and I just completed my Chicago full marathon 2 weeks ago. I have never felt stronger after any race.
I am very thankful to have been able to commit myself to my goals and in being able to take in this new awareness of what’s truly best for me.
Like new evidence-based practice for health care, nutrition and fitness have evolved tremendously too.
Sometimes we think what we know is best, and what we were taught is infinite, but that’s not always entirely accurate.
I opened my heart and my mind, and followed the guidelines and coaching given to me by Tyson and Tom. They are already doing half of my reading by doing the research. All I have to do is tap into their brains, listen to their podcast, eat my meat (personally planned for me), be motivated everyday, work out smarter, and religiously apply everything I learned from them. I even talk like them too 🙂 I am a big mommy bear, I love my meat, and I am very strong. I don’t live in the gym anymore.
I chose to advance my fitness level, but smarter this time, and I am very thankful for the lifestyle change that I made.
I have kept my weight between 100-102lbs. I’ve sustained size double 00. It’s a complete transformation; not just my weight but my body composition too. It’s not just me, but my whole family that has benefited from the nutritional information I relearned.
My three children have more awareness about fitness and advanced nutrition and my man has competed as a USA national team and brought home gold medals. He has never been leaner and is much more stronger too.
