My name is Caroline M. and I’m 49 years old. Before I signed up with TNT Wellness and Nutrition, I was having problems losing weight and my blood pressure getting so high. That’s when I decided I needed to do something. Tyson did my meal plan and within a month’s time of following the meal plan to a T, I lost a total of 21 pounds from 149 pounds to 128 pounds. That’s with just eating and sticking with the meal plan. Now I started incorporating walking and will start doing weights to tighten up. This meal plan is easy to stick with because you are not starving yourself to lose the extra weight.You eat more and lose weight.
