For the article of the week this week, we discuss the recent recommendation from the AHA that claims pop tarts are a smart snack. This comes from the Alliance For A Healthier Generation which is a partnership program founded by the American Heart Association, The Clinton Foundation, and The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.
