Tyson is awesome! He is super personable, patient, and truly dedicated to helping his clients achieve their personal goals. Unlike other trainers I’ve had, he takes the time to actually listen and creates workouts that push me while still being supportive and encouraging. I’ve always had trouble being consistent with my workouts and I took a 6+ month hiatus from the gym and can say that it feels as though I am starting my fitness journey all over again – and I am genuinely glad it’s with Tyson. I’ve been working with him for under a month now and have seen progress since my first session and I am grateful for his ongoing expertise, feedback and encouragement.

The pricing for sessions are super reasonable. I see him 3x a week and the workouts are never dull. The nutrition guide he also offers, separately from the sessions, has also been a tremendous help in my personal fitness journey. He holds me accountable and always answers any questions I may have. His guidance and knowledge with exercise and nutrition has been invaluable.

I highly recommend Tyson if you’re looking for a personal trainer.
